Individual Therapy

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including:  Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Jungian-Informed Therapy/Shadow Work, Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychedelic Integration.

In your first session, we will work together to create an overall picture of who you are, where you have been, and where you would like to go in life.

I'll get some background information, ask about the concerns that you have, and explore what you hope to get out of therapy.

You can also ask me about how I work as a therapist, and be sure I am a good fit for you.

I work with clients on two different levels of intensity.

Level One: I teach and encourage daily use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Meditation.  These consistent practices support the overall health and well being of your mind and mood. I call this the band-aid level. There is nothing wrong with band-aids. We all need them! They are helpful! And…then there is the deeper work, below the surface of the band-aid.

Level Two: This is like the surgery - to address what is underlying your symptoms. This is the level of Radical Self-Acceptance. Combining Jungian Shadow Work, Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Intuition we work together to move you from grasping outward to reaching inward for your deepest healing.

In each session we will ebb and flow between these two levels of work in order for you to dramatically deepen your relationship with Self.

Employee Presentations: Talks Your Team Will Actually Remember

These discussions are grounded, clinically-informed presentations that give people real language for what they're carrying — and real tools to work with it, not around it.

Each talk is built using IFS, CBT, DBT, and ACT frameworks, translated for a workplace audience — no jargon, no fluff, no "just breathe" platitudes.

Presentation Titles

On Burnout

Running on Empty, Performing FullWhy burnout isn't a productivity problem — it's a protection strategy that's stopped working.

On Grief

The Grief Nobody Put on the Calendar

Loss doesn't wait for a good time. A talk on carrying grief — personal, professional, ambiguous — without pretending it's not there.

On Motivation

The Part of You That Doesn't Want To

Real motivation isn't forced enthusiasm. It's understanding what's actually blocking you — and working with it instead of against it.

Most organizational problems aren't strategy problems — they're relational ones wearing a strategy costume. Communication breakdowns, burnout, high turnover, teams that can't seem to trust each other: these are symptoms of a system, not a single bad hire or a missing process.

I bring over two decades of clinical experience and insight into the way organizations understand themselves. I view organizations through a lens of seeing how individuals and groups organize around fear, protection, and unmet needs. When I consult with your team, I'm looking at the same dynamics I'd look for in a session: Who's leading from Self — grounded, clear, curious? And who's leading from a part that's exhausted, defensive, or just trying to keep things from falling apart?

What this looks like in practice:

- Organizational assessment through a systems-and-relational lens

- Leadership consultation for managers navigating team conflict or burnout

- Culture and communication audits

- Ongoing advisory support for organizations in transition

If your team is technically "fine" but something's off, that's usually exactly the right time to bring in a outside, clinically-trained eye.

Additional custom titles available on request — happy to build a talk around a specific team need.

Therapeutic Modalities Explained

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

The key concept of IFS is that each of us is made up of a constellation of parts. Each of these parts has its own thoughts, feelings, and intentions. The therapy aims to help you understand and harmonize these internal parts, fostering self-awareness, healing, and a more integrated sense of self.

Jungian

Jungian therapy focuses on exploring the deep layers of the unconscious mind to promote personal growth and self-discovery. This is often called Shadow Work.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness is a therapeutic approach which incorporates mindfulness and meditative practices to promote awareness and acceptance of the present moment rather than overthinking the past or the future

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that combines cognitive therapy and behavior therapy. In CBT we work to become increasingly aware of how our thoughts impact our mood which impacts our behaviors.
